What it does
Project Manager helps you organize work and personal projects through a hierarchical system of Areas, Projects, and Tasks. Each Area represents a domain of responsibility (like "Work" or "Health"), containing multiple Projects that can be tracked through customizable kanban boards.
The app features four workflow stages for both projects and tasks: Inbox, To Do, In Progress, and Done. You can assign priorities, add descriptions, attach notes to any level, and drag-and-drop items between stages. All data is stored locally in your browser using localStorage, giving you complete ownership and privacy with no account required.
The interface includes a sidebar for quick navigation between areas and projects, making it easy to maintain multiple contexts and stay organized across different aspects of your life.
