A web-based tool for exploring human proteins with interactive 3D structure visualization.

What it does

Protein Explorer lets you search for any human protein using either its gene name (like "TP53") or UniProt ID (like "P04637"). Once you find a protein, you can view its 3D structure interactively, read about its function, see what other proteins it interacts with, and discover recent research papers about it. The app pulls data directly from UniProt and PDBe databases to give you current, scientifically accurate information.
