About this Visualization

This interactive visualization displays results from molecular docking experiments, showing the relationship between interaction energy scores and structural distance measurements. The visualization combines a scatter plot with filtering criteria and a histogram heatmap for selected models.

Data Interpretation

Scatter Plot (Top)

• X-axis: Distance in Angstroms between molecular components
• Y-axis: Interaction energy score (lower values indicate better binding)
• Blue points: All docking models

Heatmap (Bottom)

• Plasma colormap: Ranges from dark blue (low count) to yellow (high count)
• Distribution pattern: Shows how selected models are distributed across different distances
• Bin width: Distance range is divided into 40 equal bins for analysis
